Inspired by access to the freshest, most seasonal ingredients, Private Chef Saxer has been creating his own recipes since he first started working as a private chef, over eight years ago.
His recipes call for fresh ingredients – nothing boxed, nothing wrapped in plastic.
You can shop for any of Saxer’s recipes at your own local produce stand, farmer’s market or fine food store.
Saxer’s recipes consist of parts, so you really create two or three recipes that combine to make an amazing meal. It’s cuisine that you’d normally find in fine restaurants, but can create in your very own home.
